My course enrolment email is missing, how can I find it?

Please check your "spam" or "junk" email folder for the email with your course username and password.
If you find the email in there you will need to move it to the "inbox" for the links to work (this is a security thing). You can either drag and drop the email or right click and choose "move to . . .” then select the ‘in box’.
If you cannot find the email go to My.CFT and retrieve your details using the "I lost my password" link.
If you have any further problems, contact support and they will confirm the address for you so that you can use your username and password to login.
