These courses are designed for all people handling food in the Community and Health Service industries. (Child care, aged care, hospitals, disability services, meals on wheels etc)

Follow Basic Food Safety Practices - HLTFS207C

 

For people supervising the food safety program or HACCP plan

Oversee the day-to-day implementation of food safety in the workplace HLTFS309C
and Apply and monitor food safety requirements HLTFS310B

 

Food Processing and Manufacturing Industry

This course is for people working or supervising food safety operations in food processing, such as cottage industries making preserves, flour mills, canneries, dried food packers, bakers, breweries and wineries

    Q. How do we actually go about doing the course??

    We are a Hotel with a Bistro and require a Food Safety Supervisor qualification.
