As you are aware the Food Safety Supervisor program commenced on 1 October 2010 after a 12-month implementation period. It is now mandatory for certain food service businesses to have a trained and notified Food Safety Supervisor (FSS).
When you have completed your training FSS need to 'Notify the Food authority with their FSS certificate go to http://www.foodauthority.nsw.gov.au/industry/food-standards-and-requirements/business-notification
